In the 2nd Round of the 2011 NFL Draft, the Bengals selected Andy Dalton, the Quarterback from Texas Christian.
Last season, he lead the Horned Frogs to a a perfect season (14-0), including a victory in the Rose Bowl over Wisconsin. He also had wnet 209/316 for 2857 yards, a completion percentage of 66.1, threw 27 touchdowns, threw 6 picks, and was sacked only 8 times.
While the Reds had the Big Red Machine, is Andy Dalton the New Big Red Machine (--me, I came up with it, and you cannot use it)?
In the 3rd Round of the Draft, the Bengals got Dontay Moch, a DE from Nevada. Moch had 64 total tackles last season, along with 43 solo tackles, 21 assists, and 9 sacks. He is a great defensive player, and had a great combine. He also lead the Nevada Wolf Pack to an 12-1 season, with a win over Boston College in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl.
