Bengals Refuse To Trade Palmer

The Cincinnati Bengals are refusing to trade QB Carson Palmer.  Palmer said he would retire if the Bengals did not trade.

Hated Bengals Owner, Mike Brown, said "he made a commitment" by signing a contract and added the team "will not reward him" for not keeping his promise.

Brown also said the team will probably move on with rookie QB Andy Dalton.
