The Kentucky Wildcats (4-5) was hosting Charleston Southern (2-6), today. Kentucky ended up winning, 49-21.
Thanks to two touchdowns in the 1st quarter for UK, and 1 touchdown for CSU, it was 14-7 at the end of 1. CSU would tie it up in the 2nd however, but UK would answer back with 3 unanswered touchdowns. 35-14 the score in the 3rd. Charleston Southern would touchdown to make it 35-21, but the Wildcats would answer back with 2 more of their own in the 4th quarter, 49-21 the final.
Hartline went 15/24 for 272 yards, along with 2 TD, and 1 INT.
Next, Kentucky will look to bounce back to a winning record, and become bowl eligible, as they will host Vanderbilt. That game will be next Saturday at 12:21 PM ET, weird time. Check local listings for the game.
