Three Cincinnati players scored in double figures led by junior Larry Davis, who hit a season-high four three-pointers. Senior Deonta Vaughn and sophomore Yancy Gates added 11 and 10 points, respectively.
The Irish, who were outrebounded 50-31 by the Bearcats (14-8, 5-5) in a loss last month in Fifth Third Arena, had a 41-32 edge in the victory. Notre Dame used runs of 11-3 and 10-2 to open a 40-27 halftime lead and the Bearcats never got closer than nine points in the second half."--GOBEARCATS.COM
