Xavier guard, Tu Holloway, will stay for his senior season, the university announced late last night. Holloway announced his decision on twitter, saying "Before I leave here I will have 2 POY's 2 time AA and 2000pts 500ast 500rbs.."
Holloway had a great 2010 season, as he averaged 19.7 PPG (2nd in the A-10), 5.4 APG (1st in the A-10), and was 2nd in the conference in free throw percentage as he was successful 87% of the time.
Muskies head coach, Chris Mack said "“I think I speak for the entire Xavier Community when I say I am excited to have Tu Holloway return for his senior season. Tu Holloway’s progression as a player over the last two years has been remarkable.”
Holloway and the Musketeers will try and win their 6th consecutive A-10 Title next season, and go deep into the tournament, and try to bring XU their first ever National Championship.
