The Union College Bulldogs were hosting the Cincinnati Christian Eagles Tuesday. The Eagles soared past Union College, 93-85."The Bulldogs (3-4 overall) hit 39-of-68 shots (57.4 percent) from the floor while the Eagles shot 40.7 percent (33-of-81 shots). However, Cincinnati Christian (4-3 overall) netted 29 points off of Union's 26 turnovers.
Conversely, Union scored only 17 points off of 19 Cincinnati Christian miscues.
Union maintained the lead for much of the first half, building a 20-13 cushion after a Kearney Demus (Lexington, Ky.) bucket at the 9:45 mark. However, the Bulldogs could not shake the Eagles as the visitors rallied to tie the score at 26-26 on a Darriel Hunter 3-pointer with 3:15 remaining." (Union College News)
Later on CCU went on a 8-0 run and kept their lead. CCU is now 4-3 after the 93-85 win, their next game will be at IU Southeast on Dec. 5 (Saturday)
