The Ohio State Buckeyes were hosting the New Mexico State Aggies, the Buckeyes were seeking their second strait win and trying to stay in the top 2 in the Big Ten. Ohio State was able to do this by killing the Aggies and holding them to only 62 total yards. Here is how the scoring took place.
After a scoreless 1st quarter, Terrelle Pryor decided it was time to score when he ran it in 8 yards and the Buckeyes were on top 7-0 after the PAT. OSU would then get 7 more when Pryor connected with Sanzenbacher for a 19 yard pass completion TD, 14-0 Bucks on top. Later on, Sanzenbacher would get his 2nd TD of the game, but it would be from WR, DeVier Posey, a magnificent play to give the good guys a 21-0 lead, OSU was not done in the 2nd quarter however. Brandon Saine had a 3 yard 6-pointer and after the PAT it was all Buckeyes, 28-0 going into the 3rd quarter. Ohio State added on to their lead when the back up kicker, Devin Barclay kicked a 29 yard field goal, it was 31-0 OSU. Then when NMSU had the ball, the QB fumbled it, Brian Rolle dived on it in the endzone, it was a TD for OSU, it was now a huge 38-0 lead, but OSU was still not done. Ohio State would get their final points of the game in big play fashion, BOOM took it 53 yards to make it 45-0 and the men of the Scarlet and Gray are victorious on Halloween.
