The Cincinnati Bengals are mourning a loss of a very talented Wide Receiver, Chris Henry. Henry died today (December 17, 2009) at 6:36 AM (ET) in a hospital in North Carolina. Henry was in a car accident while is fiancee was driving. Henry and his fiancee were fighting just moments before Henry got injured. Police say that Chris was arguing and was in the bed of a yellow F-150 and was standing, he later on fell out of the back of the truck and was laying on the road. After he was rushed to a hospital, he was suffering life threatening conditions. He was then placed on life support, there was only hope that he would live. Hope was not reality, Henry passed away at the age of 26.
Henry last played against Baltimore in week 9, his last play was a reception, but ended up breaking his arm on the play. Marvin Lewis and other coaches were "worried about what he would do off the field" since he did not have to practice. Henry played 55 games in the NFL, and had 22 touchdowns.
Chris Henry was arrested 5 times since going pro, but in the last year he has stayed out of trouble and was planing to get married in March. Henry was doing everything right recently and was taking care of his children, he never had a chance to live a great life, and now he is gone.
