Bengals DC's wife passes away

The Cincinnati Bengals mourned the loss of a very close woman, the wife of thier defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer. Zimmer's wife Vikki passed away Thursday, October the 8th, the same day my mom died on 10 years ago. It is said that Vikki made snacks for the players during training camp and practice, like chocolate chip cookies. She even said that she would make the team a massive fruit bowl sometimes.

“Mike tells me, ‘Those kids work so hard and so long. They really like it when you make them that stuff,’ ” Vikki said in September. It is questionable if Zimmer will be at the game in Baltimore, the chances are slim reports a local Cincinnati new station. Local 12 (WKRC-CBS)

This is a big loss for the Cincinnati Bengals organization and he Zimmer family. The family and team are in my prayers.
