Arroyo Has Mono, But Will "Make It Through"

Bronson Arroyo has mono, but is
confident that he will "make it through".

Reds Ace, Bronson Arroyo had blood work done in Goodyear, Arizona, that blood work showed that the high-kicking righty has mononucleosis.  


That is a very long name, indeed, and a pretty harsh disease, but Arroyo says "I'll make it through".  


There is nothing more they can do medically, Bronson said.  There is no timetable for a full recovery.  


Arroyo will try and pitch through it, it sounds like.  Arroyo has never missed a start, and is trying to continue that impressive streak.  


Good luck to Bronson as he tries to recover from this.  This is not a fun time to be a pitcher for Cincinnati, seems like they all have something wrong with them.  Cueto, Bailey, and now Arroyo.  The worse part is, two of them are the two best pitchers in the rotation.
